Five Question Review

A Group Review Activity

 

 

 

 

Recommended Class Size: Can be used in any size class.

  Reporting back after the exercise is not needed

 

Materials Needed: Pencil and paper.

 

Time Required:  Allow participants about 5 minutes to think of and write out the five test questions they want to use for review.  Allow the dyads about 10 minutes to complete the review.

 

 

Instructions:

 

Instruct each participant to formulate five possible test questions over the material just covered (or, to save time use three questions).  Give the group several minutes to write their questions then instruct them to find a partner.  Each dyad should then quiz one another on the five questions each has written.  This is a good review activity to help break up learning segments while reinforcing the material.
