	Identify the guidelines promulgated by the American Hospital Association (AHA) and the National Association of Psychiatric Health Systems (NAPHS) regarding restrain and seclusion use.
	Identify the type and level of monitoring that must occur if a patient is placed in either seclusion or restraint.
	Determine the key elements that must be documented if mechanical or chemical restraints are used.
